H&MV Solution
• Design drawings such as a single line diagram, substation layout drawing and site layout drawing showing the position of the substation, HV joint bay/joints, earthing and auxiliary systems for UKPN approval.
• Civil Installation including joint bay in the public highway.
• Cable Procurement and Install at HV and LV.
• Design, Install, Procurement and Commissioning of 11 kV Switchboard and associated equipment.
Project Scope
• Ring Main Unit with TLF protection to UKPN SAP Code 14032P
• 500kVA ONAN 11000/433V ECO1 Transformer
• 800A LV Cabinet with 4 outgoing ways
• High voltage and Low voltage earthing design studies
• Design covering installation of earth pits rods bentonite and aux ducting earthing design studies and submission power design submission earthing site surveys and reports for UKPN.
• Commissioning and testing of all installed switchgear and HV cabling.
• Project management and site supervision.
• Termination of 2no. 1C 11kV Triplex cables at the new UKPN substation
• Termination of 3no. 3/4C 600/1000V Waveform cables at the new UKPN substation
• Installation of 1 new light fitting, Distribution Board, and 240V socket outlet to UKPN adoptable and relevant BS standards.
• New earth mat mesh including 2-off earth rod assemblies, earth bar, and connection to earth mat, installed in the new UKPN substation, including 50mm screed of the existing floor.
• Supply and install maximum 180m of 3/4C 600/1000V Waveform Cable from the POC to the new UKPN Brick Built substation
• Supply and install maximum 140m of 11kV 3C 185mm2 Al Triplex cable from the proposed POC to the new UKPN Brick Built substation.
• Project Management and Commissioning of electrical installation.
• Produce a complete set of electrical as built drawings and a safety handover file.
• Responsible for issuing the Integrated Test Plans (ITPs), Construction Management Plans, Quality Plans, Safety Management Plan and Temporary Works Register
• Daily toolbox talks, weekly progress and safety meetings, issue and risk management along with regular status reporting.
